When will my order ship?
If we are on a waitlist we work to ship within 5 days of the ETA ship date.
We ship all orders via UPS Ground® or USPS Priority Mail®. Typical shipping time is 3-6 days once shipped.
You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can check your tracking once you receive your "Order has Shipped" email.
We ship every order in the order they are received. No cuts, no buts, no coconuts.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the U.S.A. We do not have plans to ship internationally.
I see photos with side wing attachments. Is that something I can buy?
Those are a customer modification. He said he used plastic cutting boards and fold down hinges (this mod may affect the carrying handles).
My order says delivered but I never got it.
First, contact your local UPS or USPS to file a claim. Sometimes packages show up the next day or are delivered to a weird spot around your house. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
