International Sales, Shipping, and Duty Information

Historically, we have only sold Chuck Boxes in the United States but we have had so many people outside of the United States request that we sell Chuck Boxes internationally too. Therefore, we are thrilled to announce we are now officially selling Chuck Boxes in Canada! Additionally, we are currently working on other international shipping arrangements and we are planning to sell Chuck Boxes in Europe and Australia in the near future.

Over the past few years with inflation and increased oil prices, shipping has become extremely expensive, especially for our Chuck Boxes that are six cubic feet and weight approximately 22 pounds. Within the United States, we have always offered free shipping to customers which can range from $45.00 - $80.00 USD depending on where we are shipping Chuck Boxes to. Due to the vast range of international shipping costs, we are not offering free shipping on international sales and shipping costs will be paid by the customer. However, we are going to lower the price of Chuck Boxes for internation customers to $349.00 USD as opposed to $389.00 USD for customers in the United States. The purpose of the lower international price is to compensate international customers for not receiving free shipping.

Lastly, our Chuck Box is currently a duty free item so you shouldn’t have to pay any duty. However, if there are any policy changes that require a duty on our product, duties will need to be paid by the customer upon receipt of your Chuck Box.
